Petite Martinique
Petite Martinique (PM) is the smallest of the main islands that make up the tri island state of Grenada which also includes Carriacou. It is also the northern most island of the Grenada Grenadine islands. With an area of 2.37 sq km(0.9 sq mi) and a population of 900 PM is the poster isle of peace and relaxation. With one main road that runs from the north alone the west coast down to the south you are not going to find any hustle and bustle of traffic here.
PM is know for it’s boat building and sailing. This is more evident on Whitsuntide weekend when PM hosts it’s annual Whitsuntide Regatta Festival.
Getting There
Getting to Petite Martinique from Grenada you must first travel to Carriacou and then on to PM. In Grenada there are currently three ferry services you can take to Carriacou. Two of which include vehicles as well as passengers.
Each of the ferry services have different travel days and times may change on short notice or based on holidays and events so please check their official pages for up to date information.

As PM is a small island space is very limited and there are few guesthouses on the island. If you are planning on staying in PM for the annual Regatta Festival you usually have to book months in advance.
